- Online Testing
- We are currently in a "holding pattern" waiting for USOE to give us the URL to do an official test
- Technology agreed to select 8-9 different labs (different configurations) to have ready when USOe gives us the link
- JJ will send Technology the official list of those schools who want to do MORE... ie. that will require the use of additional OLD labs... those will need to be tested/approved on a one-by-one basis...
- New SIS RFP SHOULD allow individual teachers to hand enter DRA scores
- for THIS year... JJ and Paul agree to take the existing excell spreadsheet, and "lock" certain cells/responses to help protect against "bad data" entry
- MACRO??? When we get all the data back, can we get it back into CIMS?
- JJ wants a file from Paul that has the MAY 2008 Student name, Student ASD ID or USOE ID and their Low Income/F&R lunch status
- We DO NOT have "real time" access to the data. Jodi's dept. is giving Pauls' dept human generated spreadsheets... this is not optimal
- The "daily uploads" that Horizon has were turned off Aug 2008 - FERPA violation with local lunch workers. Data services needs to take certain fields off of the CIMS GREEN SCREENS... haven't had time yet.
- The current CIMS data was hand entered BEFORE the USOE cut scores were available... many are different than they should be, because the cut score moved.
- JJ needs to meet with BILL and create a new "algorithm" for MASS changing "several" fields all at once. (1 hr before the 15th, 1hr on the 23rd and then 28-30)
